Hi

I'm a beginner and thinking of having a go at the Hume corset. I'm having a bit of trouble interpreting the following instruction:

'I also straightened out the waistline, as in the original it went at an almost 45 degree angle where it hit the front of the corset.'

I understand why it needs to be straightened, but how do I do it? Any ideas? Very grateful for anything you post!
