I'm also just about to start running a sew-along, which you would be welcome to join!

Hi Kitty,

You could also start with a pattern, rather than drafting one. If you're really excited to dig into pattern drafting right from the start, absolutely do so! But if it all starts to look overwhelming, you might have a look at Truly Victorian 110 (or another pattern, if there's a specific style you're going for).

I'm glad to help. There are several articles about bullet bras so I believe it will be a success.
And vintage machines are even better than the new ones.
Good luck!

Thank you May :)

I think I will start with a bra first and go from there.

Thank you so much!

Hi Kitty :)

I am not sure how much experienced you already are, but there is a beginners section at Foundations Revealed.
www.foundationsrevealed.com/articles/free/beginner

You need to start with basics of pattern drafting - www.foundationsrevealed.com/articles/fre...raft-your-own-corset
inserting the busk, making boning channels articles are all at the beginners section.
Latter you may try scaling and adjusting finished pattern : www.foundationsrevealed.com/articles/fre...drafting-masterclass

Also Complete Corsetmakers Course: www.foundationsrevealed.com/articles/corsetry/projects

For the lingerie section I would start with How to make a bra www.foundationsrevealed.com/articles/bra...ng/how-to-make-a-bra

Hope this helps. Maybe you should focus first on one thing - corset or a bra, seems that would be easier.
