Psst, Anna, you know we have a Foundations Flickr account, right? I suggest starting a new Collection called 1908 Corset Sewalong, Summer 2013, and you can have as many Sets as you want within that.

I'll let you have the login details by email.

Also, I agree about Pinterest but for different reasons - we decided to withdraw from using it because of the copyright scare. As a small business as opposed to an individual, we're an easy target for those seeking a payout.

No worries! I're moving really pretty slowly, so there should be no issue working at your own pace.

May: The intention is each month you should be doing what I wrote about in the article at the beginning of the month. So start as soon as you like, and post with progress or questions. By May, you will (hopefully) be ready with a mockup and I'll talk about fitting and work though that with folks here a lot.

Spinsandknits: Metric! Super duper extra metric. Centimeters, to be precise. That's why the metric ruler is important (in the materials list). Trust me, that would become very obvious if you started working it up in inches (ask me how I know).

To be absolutely clear.. what unit of measurement are the numbers on the patterns? Metric?

This is a great idea. I will try to keep up. This will be only my second corset.

Hi!

I'm Anna from Sweden and I decided to also participating in this and it is going to be fun to "work together" with others :D

I have made a few corsets in the past, but I really want to improve my skill set and manage to make my own patterns in the future.

I will put my progress up on ltthalia.tumblr.com/
