Greeting from the Pacific Northwest USA
I am a history geek who loves studying women's history particularly through clothing and politics.
In addition to work, parenting and running my household, I volunteer at Fort Vancouver in the historical textiles and clothing departments. We supply re-enactors and historical clothing from the 1840's to the present.
I have had the opportunity to learn new skills, work with vintage clothing and textiles.
I am so glad to join an international on-line community devoted to the same passion for sewing and history.
