I have an idea, and I am not sure if it's manageable, maybe it's crazy but I'll say it anyway.

I would love to participate in a sew along project and annual competition. Of course, every corset is unique and there are many hours of work invested in each. But I have already made more than 20 corsets for my self. So I was wondering if it's possible to make a FR Coretmakers Companion Gallery/Page and offer them for sale, and a percent of the sale would go to FR and other to the designer. Of course not every corset would be for sale, they need to be approved (quality , high sewing skills, design, appearance and etc - to keep the high standards). It might attract more people on the FR page and more corsetmakers to participate because it sounds like a great branding idea for both FR and corsetmakers. Of course I can offer it on Etsy, but having a corsetmakers companion offering unique corsets from multiple designers is something that doesn't exist already in corsetmaking but sounds interesting.
I am interested in your opinions.
:)

So you've all seen the announcement... the 1908 Transitional! Very exciting. I'm in the process of sewing up my second mockup out of a worn-out pair of Carharts (have to keep one step ahead of you lot, doncha know). I think the sew-along is supposed to get its own home over here any day now, so it's all easier to see and find.

Thrilling!

I don't fully understand...
Do we need to make 1908 Transitional pattern and include Geometry,
or we can make another pattern in Geometry or transitional without geometry to participate?
