Hi !!

Do you know when the next article will be published ?
I will soon have question on bonings as I'm not sure of what sort to use (spiral or not ?)

Thanks :)

Hi Carmene! The next article should be up some time in August. I moved house, and that threw everything into chaos.

As for boning, if you have a strong preference for one or the other kind there should be no problem using that. I boned my mockups with straight white steel, and I plan to use that for my final version as well. All of the bone casings run straight, so you don't need the sideways-flexing properties of spiral steel.

I finally got around to working on my 1908 Transitional Corset! :cheer: I just finished sewing all the boning channels in, few!!! Have uploaded some progress photos on pintrest pinterest.com/misscorsetlizz/my-corsetry/
So far I'm really happy with the fit and shape :cheer: I ended up removing a whole piece (piece G) to get a better fit.
Now onto cutting boning :)
Hope everyone is going well with their corsets :cheer:
